I hear both sides of this debate. I have started microblogging about podcast episodes, movies, tv series, etc in addition to books. But I like Manton starting slow & focused.
This resonated so strongly. I hate working in an organization that claims to value work/life balance, and then leaders praise those who destroy that balance.

My therapist says that OCD and ADHD can by synonymous for many people. After listening to this episode, that sounds spot on.
